As a plumbing and heating company it is imperative that we are fully compliant and qualified to carry out the work we are tasked with. We are fully qualified in a variety of disciplines, along with being accredited installers of certain brands, enabling us to offer our clients that extra level of service.

Qualifications

CIPHE

The Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineering is the professional body for the UK plumbing and heating industry, to which we are accredited. All of our plumbing and heating engineers are fully qualified when they complete their NVQ level 2 & 3 during their apprenticeships.

Gas Safe

Gas Safe

As a Gas Safe qualified company, our engineers are certified to work on any of the domestic gas appliances in your household, including new installations, breakdowns, repairs, servicing, and Gas Landlord Safety Certification in both natural gas and LPG. It is a legal requirement that anyone who works on any type of gas appliance or pipework is Gas Safe registered, so you can have the confidence that any work carried out is fully compliant. Our engineers are also qualified to install both vented and unvented hot water cylinders. We also have commercial gas qualified engineers, meaning we can offer the same service on commercial systems.

OFTEC

OFTEC

Being based in the countryside and surrounded by small towns and villages, it's important that we're qualified to work on oil boilers and systems where there is no local gas. OFTEC (Oil Firing Technical Association) is the governing body for oil burning appliances. By having OFTEC registered engineers we are able to install and commission new oil boilers and oil tanks.

Worcester Bosch

Worcester Bosch

As Worcester Accredited installers (WAI) for over 10 years, we are able to offer the platinum standard on all new Worcester Bosch installations, including technical support, extended warranties and full certification and registration.

Mitsubishi

Mitsubishi

We are Mitsubishi Electric Accredited Installers which, much like Worcester Bosch, enables us to offer certain installation advantages and warranties to our customers. More commonly, we install the Ecodan air source heat pump systems which require low maintenance, are quiet to run and can be discreetly placed outside homes.

Nu Heat

Nu Heat

We are part of the Nu Heat registered installer network, specifically with underfloor heating systems and heat pumps. Nu Heat offer a huge variety of underfloor heating systems which we are able to supply and install.

Grant UK

Grant UK

We have recently become part of Grant UK's G1 installer programme following some successful visits to their factory in Ireland. We have specifically joined forces with Grant to use their oil products for our rural domestic customers.

Health and Safety

We work with Citation for all of our company health & safety requirements and HR employment systems – all of which are accessible for our customers and clients to view on request.
